The Participant/Client Lived Experience Inclusion Ladder Survey is a parallel survey that was developed for organisations to survey the participants in the work they do or their clients to assess their perceptions of the organisation’s progress. This can be helpful if you want to compare your internal results with what your participants/clients experience to address gaps or differences. It is designed to be used in conjunction with one or more of our Organisational Inclusion Ladder Surveys, available in our Tools Library.
