Foundations Self Assessment – Meaningful Engagement Toolbox Assessment

This assessment can help individuals and organisations identify strengths and weaknesses; develop targeted strategies for growth; anticipate potential obstacles; and plan for effective resource allocation. While a consultant could administer a more nuanced and comprehensive readiness assessment, the self-assessment tool assists organizations in identifying potential areas of bias or needed improvement before fully beginning targeted work on meaningful engagement.
