What do we mean by “Co-creation”?

Co-creation is an iterative and ongoing process in which multiple people or groups work together to develop a process, practice, organisation, or project. Co-creation does not mean that the individuals with more institutional power create the model and invite impacted communities in to provide feedback. It means beginning the initiative with a balance of feedback from all co-creators, with an intent to share decision-making power and resources equitably.
