What do we mean by “Grievance Policy”?

A grievance policy is a document provided by an organisation or system that outlines how individuals can submit a formal complaint or claim of harm, who will investigate it, how it will be handled, and how outcomes will be communicated and/or implemented. Grievance policies should be easy for individuals to find.
