What do we mean by “Resources”? What do you mean resources aren’t just money?

Resources include intangible assets such as knowledge, working strategies, and networks as well as tangible assets like financial and other material resources. Resourcing movements is more than just offering funding, and as long as we only think of resources as funding the Global North will always be in a position of power. Understanding that intangible assets and non-monetary material support helps level the playing field with regard to resources.
